Services & Pricing

Custom apparel, DTF transfers, embroidery, graphic design, canvases, canvas panels and specialty dye work — with clear starting prices and a simple order process.

Important Order Policy

100% payment is required before production or design work begins. We do not accept deposits for custom apparel, DTF, graphic design, embroidery, canvas or specialty-dye orders.

Standard custom-order turnaround is approximately 7–14 days after artwork and order details are approved. Rush service starts at $25 when available. We do not accept customer-supplied garments. Bulk pricing is available on qualifying orders of 25+ pieces.

Custom DTF Apparel

Core online colors: Black, White, Red and Heather Gray/Dark Heather. Other colors may be available by quote. Front + Back pricing includes one print on each side.

One-of-One / Premium Custom Work

Highly detailed, layered, specialty or one-off apparel starts at $100+. Final pricing depends on garment type, number of print or embroidery locations, artwork complexity, specialty finishing and production time.

Print-ready artwork is required. Artwork cleanup or gang-sheet setup is separate. Typical print-ready gang-sheet turnaround is approximately 24–48 hours depending on workload and approval.

Graphic Design

Custom graphic design generally includes 2–3 initial concepts and 1–2 revision rounds unless your quote states otherwise.

Embroidery

Embroidery up to 5,000 stitches: $18+
5,001–10,000 stitches: $25+
10,001–15,000 stitches: $35+
15,000+ stitches: Custom quote
Digitizing — Simple/Small Logo: $25
Digitizing — Standard Logo: $40

Embroidery Add-Ons

Custom Canvas & Canvas Panels

Custom artwork is prepared as a full-bleed edge-to-edge print. A small crop may be required to fit the selected proportion, so important faces, text and logos should remain away from the outer edge.

Digital Mockup Approval

Digital mockups protect both Kinglife Clothing and the client by confirming the order before production. The customer is responsible for reviewing all mockups or live-customizer previews for artwork, spelling, names, dates, garment color, size, placement, print location and other visible details. Once approval is given and production begins, errors that were visible in the approved proof become the customer’s responsibility. Replacement garments, transfers or reprints required because of an approved customer error are paid by the customer.

Artwork & Ordering

Send print-ready artwork at 300 DPI whenever possible. Preferred file types: transparent PNG, AI or PSD. Email artwork with your order number to wearekinglifemmxiv@gmail.com.
